Based in Hadleigh, Suffolk, we are currently seeking an experienced administrator to work in our small, but extremely busy office to provide all round support. Although not essential, it would be a distinct advantage if you are a Danish speaker.
You must be professional, enthusiastic and committed, with a number of years solid secretarial and administration experience at management level. You must be quick to grasp complex procedures, able to produce accurate work, provide astute attention to detail and adept at working to tight deadlines. A banking or accounting background would be advantageous but is not essential.
Candidates must be capable of turning their hand to a variety of tasks and prioritise the workload. Excellent English – both verbal and written, good customer service skills and a strong knowledge of MS Office packages are essential.
Salary will be based on qualifications and experience. Office hours 9-5, Monday to Friday.
Ideally, we are looking for someone who is available to start immediately.
